Jeremy and Lindsay have been dedicated missionaries with Team Expansion since 2015. Over the years they have been committed to faithfully implementing effective practices of discipleship and have been instrumental in the training and leadership development of others in the areas of disciple-making and church-planting movements.
Their unwavering love for Jesus and their tireless efforts to share the gospel and make disciples have left a profound impact on countless lives, both locally and globally.
Their passion for the missionary task knows no boundaries, reaching individuals across the street to the furthest corners of the world, inspiring and transforming countless hearts along the way through the power of the gospel.

Every year, hundreds of students from all over the world come to Bloomington-Normal to study at ISU, IWU, or Heartland Community College
Jeremy and Lindsay have recently picked back where they left off six years ago and are having a significant influence among international students. Furniture distribution, dinners with fellowship, and conversationsal English courses have proven to be effctive entry strategies, opening doors for meaningful gospel conversations. Following these initial interactions, their dedication to discipleship paves the way for individuals to find spiritual growth and connection within a community of believers. As emerging leaders are equipped through this process, they are empowered to replicate it in their respective countries, many of which have not yet been reached by the gospel.

our strategy
Our ministry strategy is to fulfill what we consider to be the “core missionary task”. We believe that this phrase encapsulates everything that our Lord Jesus and the Apostle Paul demonstrate to us through the pages of Scripture. Throughout the gospel accounts and the book of Acts we see Jesus and Paul repeatedly and consistently doing the same things: entering into new places where the gospel wasn’t, sowing gospel seed, discipling believers, gathering groups of believers together into spiritual communities or New Testament churches, and developing leaders to repeat that very same process. We recognize this as the ancient pathway our Lord and Paul used to advance the church throughout the world and have from that developed a modern pathway that we use called “The Four Fields”. In doing so our ministry is not only focused on a single element of the pathway such as entry strategy, evangelism, discipleship, or church planting, but we focus on them all in order to achieve the results we read about in the Scriptures as well as developing leaders to repeat the process all along the way.
